Impact Story

Matt and Grace were able to move into the Transitional House that day and began to stabilize. After giving birth, Matt, Grace, and their new child transitioned to the Project YELLOW Door Rapid Rehousing program where they moved into their own unit and became their own lease holder. Through housing stability, rental assistance, and ongoing case management services, they were able to obtain employment, learn budgeting techniques, and their child is healthy and thriving.
