Kare Center

Being safe, needing to stabilize, needing to detox, or just needing to be around people for a few days to start thinking clearer is important in mental health and substance abuse recovery. The KARE Center, a sixteen-bed community based residential facility offers a safe haven with trained staff where an individual can get that relief.

Working in conjunction with Crisis to provide Chapter 34 Emergency Mental Health Services, the KARE Center is also a licensed residential intoxication monitoring service under Wisconsin HFS 75.58.

Our goal is to provide extended stabilization in a cozy, safe environment while connecting individuals with the services and resources they will need once they leave our facility.
